Easy Peasy Cheese Ball..or Log

Here is a super easy recipe that I have been using for years
as a snack for guests and to make my men happy:)
The ingredients are few and easy to find which makes it even
better. The cast of characters from left to right are:

1} one package of Philly Cream Cheese softened
2) 3 tablespoons of Real Bacon Bits
3} 2 tins of underwood chicken spread ... i bet you always
wondered what in the world people used this for:)
4} 4 or 5 green onions, very thinly sliced
5} chopped walnuts

Now, throw all of those bad boys EXCEPT the nuts into a bowl
to get acquainted, and mix well. Pop your bowl into the fridge
for about an hour or an hour and 1/2 until the mixture has just
firmed up a bit. Turn the contents of the bowl onto a piece of
wax paper and form into whatever shape floats your boat. Press
the nuts into the shape all over and then carefully transfer onto
your serving dish.

Serve chilled with your favorite cracker.

Yummy.

Such things as real bacon bits and white chicken cream isn't available here, but I can imagine what it is. Mmm sounds delicious! Thanks!
